Ridgefield Parks And Rec Looking To Hire Aquatics Coordinator

RIDGEFIELD, Conn. -- The Ridgefield Parks and Recreation department is looking for a full-time Aquatics Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operation of two pools and a seasonal beach.

Applicants must have a basic knowledge in and around the water and be certified in Lifeguard Training, First Aid, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer and Water Safety Instruction. You must be able to coordinate and schedule according to the program’s needs, and have quality supervisory skills and instructional experience.

This is not a summer job and will require varied week days and weekends. The schedule will include 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesdays; 1-10 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays; and 6:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. on Sundays.
